The first hit of Zone Attack now causes a Medium hit reaction (instead of a Heavy hit reaction).Heavy Finishers now deal 28 damage (down from 30 damage).Dragon Kick Follow-up now deals 20 damage (down from 24).Dragon Kick Recovery on Miss is now 700ms (up from 600ms).Top Tiger Dodge now deals 10 damage (down from 12).Light Finishers now deal 10 damage (down from 12).
We will be keeping an eye on the hero and adjust further if necessary. One notable change we want to explain further is Shield Tackle no longer chains on Miss: as the move is fully unreactable even at the top level, there is no real need to give the move even more safety.
